Advanced Air Solutions, LLC will accept returns 15 days from the date of purchase as long as the item has not been used and is still in its original packaging with all manuals and parts. A 20% restocking fee will apply except where the product is defective or we are responsible.

Cancellation Policy

Most products are shipped the same or next business day of order receipt. We will cancel any order at no charge prior to shipment. Please submit any cancellation via email to greatiaq@yahoo.com or call us at 1-317-446-4411.

Shipping

Most products are shipped the same or next business day. We will send you an email once your order has been shipped. You can track your order by using the UPS tracking link sent in your email.

All products are shipped via UPS except for some commercial air cleaners that must be shipped via freight carrier due to size and weight.

Safety and Warranties

Please follow all manufacturers’ guidelines and safety instructions. We recommend that you contact a local HVAC contractor to assist in the installation of products that are not portable units. Improper installation can void all manufactures warranty.

Sales Tax – Indiana Only

Sales tax of 6% will be added to orders shipped within the state of Indiana. No sales tax on orders shipped outside of Indiana.

Privacy Statement

Your personal and private information will not be sold or used for any other purpose than to fulfill your order. Our Web server does not automatically recognize information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, information on what pages consumers’ access or visit, user specific information, and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web store, used to customize the content and/or layout of our store for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
